Johnny graduated from the University of Kansas in
2006
with a bachelorʼs degree in
Sports and Fitness Management.
At KU, Johnny was a 4 year
starter for the football team and
was a member of the KU teams
that earned bids to play in the
Tangerine Bowl (2002) and Fort
Worth Bowl (2005). After his
playing days, Johnny interned
as an assistant to the director
of football operations and as a
strength and conditioning coach
at KU. He also assisted as a
special teams coach during the 2005-
2006 season. In November of
2006, Johnny joined the staff at
the Center for Athletic
Performance(Kansas City) as a sports
performance coach. In the
summer of 2008, Johnny joined the
strength and conditioning staff
at 68 Inside Sports. Johnny works as
an assistant coach under head
strength and conditioning coach,
Clint Dominick. Johnny also
works as the director of operations at
68 Inside Sports.
