PLYO PLUS

Plyo Plus is a program designed to make our athletes Quick, Strong, and Explosive.  It will combine Plyo-metric training with Speed and Agility training to create powerful athletes.  It is a program offered exclusively to PVA players.  The goal of our club is to make our athletes exceptional in the most efficient way.

Plyo Plus will be offered twice a week, with each session lasting 30 minutes.  These sessions will be conducted preceding or following practice times. Plyo Plus will begin in December and run 12 weeks. This will enhance the athletes’ preparation for the National tournament schedule.

Johnny graduated from the University of Kansas in 2006

with a bachelorʼs degree in Sports and Fitness Management.

At KU, Johnny was a 4 year starter for the football team and

was a member of the KU teams that earned bids to play in the

Tangerine Bowl (2002) and Fort Worth Bowl (2005). After his

 playing days, Johnny interned as an assistant to the director

of football operations and as a strength and conditioning coach

at KU. He also assisted as a special teams coach during the 2005-

2006 season. In November of 2006, Johnny joined the staff at

the Center for Athletic Performance(Kansas City) as a sports

performance coach. In the summer of 2008, Johnny joined the

strength and conditioning staff at 68 Inside Sports. Johnny works as

an assistant coach under head strength and conditioning coach,

Clint Dominick. Johnny also works as the director of operations at

68 Inside Sports.
